The Kelowna Capri Rotary Club is promoting PEACE
We are planting Peace Poles in Community Gardens in Kelowna and Lake Country.
These Poles (see picture) have inscribed on one edge the words “MAY PEACE PREVAIL ON EARTH” in ENGLISH on one side and in SYILX on another.
Peace Poles like this are planted in Parks and school yards, in front of City Halls and private homes around the World.
We encourage Rotary Clubs in District 5060 to plant Peace Poles in their communities to promote Peace.

You don’t need to be a Rotarian to join but if not you are invited to join our Club.
We are a Peacebuilder Club and invite you to become a Peace Ambassador in your community.
We are promoting the installation of benches in Rotary Park in Kelowna honouring Past Rotarians.
These benches will also promote Peace.
